Barbara Gatfield combines more than 30 years of successful experience on Wall Street with her in-depth knowledge of the Westchester and Fairfield county real estate markets to provide her clients with a uniquely qualified level of service.

Having begun her career at Smith Barney and Merrill Lynch, Ms. Gatfield moved into Executive Search focused on the Fixed Income markets, specializing in Mortgage-backed Securities, Real Estate Finance and Investment Banking.  Working with top tier firms that included Bear Stearns, Salomon Brothers, Lehman, Guggenheim Securities, Citigroup, JPMorgan, Chase, UBS and Goldman Sachs.  Ms. Gatfield's firm placed hundreds of C-suite professionals and staffed entire departments.  This experience provides her real estate clients with sharp transaction & negotiation skills as well as a wide breadth of contacts and investors.

Ms. Gatfield has a noted expertise in horse properties and multi-use commercial buildings in Westchester counties where she resides and fox-hunts.

Very involved in her community, Ms. Gatfield serves on the Board of Trustees of John Jay Homestead and supports The Bedford Playhouse, Goldens Bridge Hounds, St. Matthews Church, Endeavor Therapeutic Riding, The Katonah Museum of Art, The Bedford Historical Society and The Westchester Land Trust.
